Pennsylvania Township Settles Breach of Contract Suit with EMS Provider
A Pennsylvania township who was sued for terminating a service contract with an EMS provider, has agreed to settle the dispute for $10,000. Sewickley Township has agreed to settle a suit brought by Jeannette EMS over the termination of a one-year ambulance service contract entered into in April, 2013.
