Toronto Firefighter Accused of Assaulting Female Colleague

A Toronto firefighter is facing criminal charges for assaulting a female colleague, who claims she was forced to endure years of abuse at the hands of male firefighters.

Jamie Wilson claims she was the victim of widespread bullying and harassment by male firefighters. Among those that Wilson has accused is firefighter Kevin Hughes, who is facing two counts of sexual assault and one count of with a weapon.

Hughes, who is on disability leave, will appear in court on December 23, 2016.
