FDNY is currently facing two gender discrimination claims, one from a medic who alleges she was required to perform CPR for 4 hours straight during a training session. The medic also alleges that she fell in a station while 7 months pregnant, and had trouble getting anyone to assist her.

  1. In the Dechbery case, I guess none of the instructors could read sufficiently to know that CURRENT American Heart Association 2010 Standards state that thse doing compressions should rotate:

    "Every 2 Minutes"

in order to ensure adquate compression depth and rate.

    "Push Hard, Push Fast".

I'm appalled at this and think over all in BOTH cases the FDNY needs to confront the issue and Pay Damages.

Otherwise their recent, FFF Video which just came sounds and looks hollow.
