Houston Sexual Harassment Case Update

There has been a new development in the sexual harassment case involving Houston firefighter Jane Draycott that has been in and out of court and the media for the past few years. The EEOC has issued a finding of reasonable cause to believe Draycott was subjected to a hostile work environment.

  1. Now that the EEOC has verified these claims, its time the City of Houston Fire the Chief and all involved.

    If those involved are not held accountable, it will simply perpetuate the idea that the Male HFD FF’s are above the law until taken before the EEOC and Courts.

    Further it continues to amaze me how Cities continue to hire Incompetent Fire Chief’s and defend them.

    Good ‘ol boyism can be very expensive. And the so called “Union” President should be demoted permanently to back seat firefighter.
