American Fire Service Culture: Do We Need Gene Therapy?

Here is a thought provoking video by Dr. Burt Clark on fire service culture. For those not familiar with Dr. Clark he is a full time faculty member at the National Fire Academy where he serves as Program Chair of the Management Science Program. He is a former career firefighter in DC and has served with Prince Georges County as a volunteer.
