The Rhode Island Supreme Court licenses all lawyers in the general practice of law. The Court does not license or certify any lawyer as an expert or specialist in any field of practice.

The story seems all too familar. The Mayor cuts fire companys and then states “There will be no reduction in service” and “No increase in response times.” To me it is like saying that the Red Sox will win the Pennant with only 5 guys on the field.
Oh… please don’t remind me of the Red Sox. They traded one of the few guys on the team who had heart – who knew how to win… leaving a bunch of guys who seem perfectly content to lose. In fact I swear a few of those big dollar players play better when the team is losing and the pressure is off… they just don’t have the heart of a champion to play well when it counts… you know the guy who goes 2 for 5 and gets 2 singles late in the game after the game is lost… but choked 3 times earlier when the game was close and the bases were loaded…
Sorry for the rant… its just so disappointing… not unlike what is happening in Detroit.
Ok bad idea to use the Red Sox in my Analogy, but I am pretty sure you know where I am going there.
Definitely – I got ya and agree
