Patient Dies Following Dispatch Delay in Florida

An 80 year old Marco Island resident died last week and fingers are being pointed in different directions about why a 911 call for an ambulance was not promptly dispatched by the county EMS system.

NBC2 has been investigating the incident since it occurred on October 3. News video.
